General Information

Our check-in time is from 14h00, and check-out is at 11h00. Should you require an early check-in or late check-out, please note that additional charges may apply, subject to availability. Feel free to contact our reservations team or the front desk for further information.

Yes, we provide secure undercover parking in our parkade for a daily fee of R25.

We offer a range of room types, including Standard Rooms with a double bed, Standard Rooms with twin beds, and Junior Suites. Visit our ROOMS page for more information.

Yes, we have accessible rooms to ensure a comfortable stay for guests with disabilities.

Yes, we offer both smoking and non-smoking rooms to cater to our guests’ preferences.

Guests must be at least 18 years old to book a room independently. Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at our hotel. However, service dogs are allowed if relevant certification is provided.

We have rate options available that include breakfast as well as rates that exclude breakfast. Please check the specific rate details when making your reservation.

Yes, it is possible to book a room without a credit card when booking directly at the hotel. However, please note that providing a credit card during the reservation process helps guarantee your booking, especially during periods of high occupancy.

Hotel Facilities & Amenities

Our rooms feature a range of amenities including free high-speed Wi-Fi, tea & coffee making facilities, air-conditioning, an electronic safe, hairdryer, shampoo, soaps and lotion.

We do not have a gym or fitness centre at our hotel. There used to be a Virgin Active gym in the adjoining Sunnypark Shopping Centre, but that closed down during Covid Lockdowns. Yes, we have a stunning pool for guests to enjoy during their stay. Guests may also enjoy dining on our Pool Deck.

Yes, complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi is available for all guests throughout the hotel.

Yes, we have the Deck Bar & Restaurant, which offers buffets as well as an à la carte menu for lunch and dinner.

Yes, we have a buffet available for a minimum of 15 guests.

Avoskin Spa was conveniently located in the adjoining Sunnypark Shopping Centre but, due to unforseen circumstances, the Spa had to close. We are currently looking into another partnership to bring this option to our valued guests. Watch this space.

Our hotel features a 24-hour business centre to cater to the needs of our guests.

We offer convenient laundry services, and laundry slips are available in the rooms for guests to utilize. For same-day laundry, all items must be ready for collection or dropped at reception by 08h00. If not, laundry will only be available the following day.

Our front desk operates 24 hours a day and is available to assist with any inquiries and provide local information.

Services and Additional Requests

We provide room service for food until 21:30 pm and drinks until 22:00 pm.

Yes, our front desk team is available 24 hours a day to assist with any requests for extra amenities.

We offer a secure luggage room where you can store your bags before check-in and after check-out for your convenience.

We do not provide babysitting or childcare services at the hotel.

Each room is equipped with an electronic in-room safe for the safekeeping of valuables.

Certainly, you can request a wake-up call through our front desk to ensure you don’t miss any appointments or activities.

Whilst we do not provide irons and ironing boards in our rooms, they are available on request from our reception.

Transportation and Location

Yes, we provide airport transfers via Bono Tours. For more information and to arrange transportation, please contact our reservation team at 012 444 1000 or email reservations@rhhotelpretoria.co.za.

OR Tambo International Airport is approximately 49 km from our hotel.

Yes, we offer an  outsourced shuttle service to local attractions via Bono tours. Please book with our front desk or reservation team for more details.

Conveniently, we offer direct, secure access into Sunnypark Shopping Centre, which provides various dining and shopping options. There is no need to leave the building, you have everything at your fingertips.

Policies and Miscellaneous

Our facilities are available for use until check-out time. However, access to certain amenities may be restricted after check-out. Please enquire at reception for more information.

Your safety and security are of utmost importance to us. We have implemented comprehensive security policies and measures throughout the hotel premises.

Any lost and found items are securely kept in our designated lost and found storage for a period of 3 months. After such time, items are donated to local charities.
