Certainly! We offer the flexibility to customize our conference packages to align with your specific requirements. Additional services or offerings beyond the package may incur additional charges.

Our conference cancellation policy is as follows:

  • Cancellation within one month of the reservation date will result in a return of the deposit.
  • Cancellation within five working days of the conference date will result in 100% of the deposit being retained.
  • Cancellation less than seven days prior to the conference date will result in a 100% charge of the quoted amount.
  • Postponement of a conference within seven working days prior to the reservation date will be subject to the cancellation policy stated in the signed contract, unless an alternative date is provided in writing on the same day.
